FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria Key responsibilities are: • Management of customer Ledger and recovery of outstanding debts. • Management of purchases and Inventory. • Preparation and presentation of profit and loss, balance sheet and final accounts, staff salaries, VAT and tax returns maintain Bank Accounts. • Preparation and presentation of Budgets and Business Plans. • Maintain an efficient Internal Control System in the Financial management of the Company • Facilitate a proper taxation Management System for the Company • Monthly Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Financial Analysis • Ability to build and maintain customer relationship. • Possesses excellent negotiating skills • Be an Excellent Team Player • Ensure Compliance with Local legislation, Statutory Requirements. Job Requirement: - Master degree in accounting - A professional qualification, ACCA, ACA or its equivalent. - Previous experience within the finance, collection, arrears management or credit control role is essential - Seven (7) years working experience with at least 2 years on a Senior Management level - Good IT skills are essential - Your personal qualities will include excellent working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - You should have a keen eye for details. ACCOUNT OFFICER

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria We currently require a Marketing Executives for our Nigerian branches. The right candidate must be highly motivated and dynamic individual with planning and organisational skills. The role will involve: • Selling chemicals, laboratory, hospital equipment and disposable to hospitals, schools, universities, and food and pharmaceutical industries. • Developing a successful campaign for existing and hunting out new business. • Developing and implementing local and national promotional campaigns to target corporate and private markets. • Responding to queries, questions and enquiries from customers and regulatory authorities world-wide • Covering territory in or around Nigeria Job Requirement: - A degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) or Medical Laboratory Science qualification in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Medical Lab. Technician or MSC Marketing - Minimum 3 years working experience - Good IT skills would offer a distinct advantage - Your personal qualities will include excellent working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - You should have a keen eye for details. SECRETARY
Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria We currently require a secretary for our Nigerian branches. The right candidate must be highly motivated and dynamic individual with excellent planning and organisational skills. Key responsibilities are: • Preparing files, maintaining statistical data, word processing and reception duties • Good oral and written communication skills • Maintenance of confidentiality and dealing with situations effectively • Arranging diaries and meeting • Telephone contact on regular basis with clients and business partners • Fast and accurate audio and copy typing skills • Recording referrals • General Office Administration. Job Requirement: - Minimum 3 years working experience within a busy office environment - Diploma or Degree in Administration - Excellent IT skills are essential especially confident in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) - Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm - Brilliant organisation skills are indispensable - Your personal qualities will include excellent working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - You should have a keen eye for details. DRIVER
Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria We currently require a driver for our Nigerian branches. The right candidate must be highly motivated and dynamic individual with planning and organisational skills. Key responsibilities are: • Excellent driving skills • Maintenance of vehicles • Good oral and written communication skills • Maintenance of confidentiality and dealing with situations effectively Job Requirement: - Previous driving experience of at least 5 years - Mechanic experience would be an advantage - Clean driving licence - Personal qualities will include excellent working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels - Should have a keen eye for details.
